At Shree Sanatan, we strive to provide high-quality astrology services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.

1. Astrology Consultation Services

  • Once a consultation session (chat/call/video) has started, no refund will be provided.
  • If the astrologer is unavailable or the session fails due to a technical issue from our side, a full or partial refund may be issued.
  • If the user disconnects voluntarily, no refund will be applicable.

2. Kundli & Reports

  • All Kundli, horoscope, and personalized reports are non-refundable once generated and delivered.
  • Refund may be issued only in case of duplicate payment or technical error.

3. Digital Products (Ebooks, Aartis, Bhajans)

  • Digital content is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

4. Physical Products (Gemstones, Puja Items)

  • Refund/replacement is applicable if:
    • Product is damaged or defective
    • Wrong item delivered
  • Request must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery with proof (images/video).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before processing/shipping.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
